How do I return a product?

Remember to pack the product back in its original packaging, including any tags, and hand it over to our courier person. Once we receive the product in our warehouse and verify its condition, we will proceed to issue a refund.
Are there any additional charges for returns/exchange?

I have received a damaged/defective/wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?
